Purpose of Position

The Auditor will be responsible for assessing internal and external maintenance providers for NetJets, Inc. using checklists as set out by government regulations, industry best standards and internal policies. The Auditor works with the maintenance providers on corrective action plans when required.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Act as an information conduit to bring non-conformance and/or non-compliance findings, discovered during maintenance audits, to the attention of maintenance providers, agents of NetJets and regulatory agencies.
Review, analyze, recommend and or approve corrective action plans for audit discrepancies, findings and non-conformities.
Build and maintain an excellent working relationship with the appropriate government agencies, industry professionals and maintenance providers.
Monitor for an incorrect replacement/overhaul interval and/or an incorrect inspection frequency of aircraft and parts.
Monitor for an incorrect overhaul, repair or maintenance procedure used by a vendor or a repair facility and report any non-conformance or non-compliance to the Manager, Quality Assurance.
Assist in development and implementation of Quality Assurance audit processes to conform to established standards.
Maintain and support all confidential material in the office area in an orderly and efficient manner at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree preferred
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License preferred
Two years experience handling multiple simultaneous assignments with minimal supervision and in coordinating activities with various levels of management, preferred
Auditing and surveillance training.
PC skills including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
Strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills..
