Our global experience and broad capabilities provide an exciting and diverse environment for the continuing growth of our team.EssentialDuties & Responsibilities:Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with MI Repair Facility, factory, and MARTIN standardsDiagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair as authorizedTag parts and process per published processAdvise service advisor immediately if any additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed with the promised timeDocument detail of all work performedQuality check work performedRoad-test vehicles to ensure repair has addressed the customer concernEnsure that customers' vehicles are kept clean.Administer safety and housekeeping policies and proceduresUnderstand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, governing service repair workMust keep tools and work bay clean and organizedOther duties as assignedQualifications:Michigan certification required; ASE is a plusEffective communication is requiredGood understanding of the Automotive Safety components is MUSTGood understanding of the low voltage is a must and high voltage training is desired Basic computer and software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Ability to diagnose and repair all major vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, fuel/ignition, electrical, engine, engine management, drive line, heating and cooling, exhaust.Excellent ability to follow verbal and written instructionsHard worker, extremely detail oriented, efficient, organized, and self-motivatedReliable - must be ready to start work by scheduled timeGreat attitude toward work and learning Ability to be on feet for long periods of timeAbility to safely lift 50 pounds to chest levelGood past attendance recordAutomotive enthusiasts a plusMust supply own toolsPowered by JazzHRw7F6WPOTrJ
