THE BIGGEST THING IS HAVING A CERTIFICATION FROM BELOW
The project in the fall will require 3-4 of these inspectors. They are looking to bring on 1-2 inspectors ahead of time to conduct CMT work until that begins. This is a driving job so they are provided a truck and travel will be compensated, but going to each site to perform CMT. In the fall it will be supporting the La DOTD project which is why they must be certified by La DOTD.
Consistent and planned travel to different projects in Louisiana. Expensed travel. Mostly daily basis travel, if it requires overnight stay that will be covered by the client.
There is 1.5 OT and will be hired directly. We will take that hourly rate to form the yearly salary and charge that way.
How much experience are they looking for? - Experience isn't as important as having the certifications. Probably goes hand in hand. The client is needs to find people that have the La DOTD certifications so that's what we need to provide.
