A growing modular building manufacturer is looking for a Project Manager for Construction at our Henderson, NV location. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, managing, and directing multiple complex projects. All closed sales are assigned to a Project Manager to ensure proper fulfillment and execution of the proposal. Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, maintaining working relationships with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME) of functional areas outside of sales. Required to achieve the operational objectives of concurrent projects.Key Qualifications 20+ years of experience managing multiple projects Construction/ project estimating a Plus, using Quick Bids and On-screen Takeoff PMP / PRINCE II certification or equivalent experience Formal Project Management training Project types include Offices / Retail / Schools / Classrooms / Kitchens / Restrooms Multi-Tenant Commercial / Multi-family Residential / Student & Workforce Housing / Hotels Agriculture / Cannabis / Hemp Drive-thru / QSR Quick Serve / Kitchens / Ghost Kitchens Multi-purpose -- Industrial / Government / Military Facilites Requirements Work closely with business units to gather requirements on new projects and ensuring the requirements are technically feasible Manages communication between design & engineering teams and the customer Works with purchasing to source and supply all customer equipment required for projects Manage the relationships with all stakeholders Advise on design and functionally requirements of the project and assure they adhere with business goals Develops, reviews, and evaluates project plans and objectives Tracks project progress with respect to time, budget, and demonstrated results Continually maintains weekly/monthly reports on the status of projects Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Negotiates with customers, resources, and vendors as required Onsite Delivery and installation supervision, site supervisor role Construction/ project estimating a Plus, using Quick Bids and On-screen Takeoff Able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds on occasion Sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, and talking for extended periods is common.
