What you need to have for this Director of FP&A role:

• Bachelor's degree (required), Master's degree (preferred) in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years progressive FP&A experience
• Costing skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Executive presence and ability to interact with senior leadership
• You find change and improvement exciting
• Strong systems skills including MS Excel, ERP systems, and analysis tools
• Comprehensive, strong communication skills
• Commercial or Residential construction experience preferred

What you will be doing in this Director of FP&A role:

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Ability to identify data sources, and apply critical thinking to create summarized written and oral presentations for the executive leadership team
• Evaluate capital expenditure and investment ROIs
• Develop indicators for the ultimate revenue recognition model
• Develop WIP reporting
• Organize, analyze, and plan mergers and acquisitions data to present to executive leadership
• Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required
