You'll schedule and manage all engineering team activities and provide quality assurance. As the senior technical leader in the office, youll play a key role in mentoring and coaching others. We establish long-term, meaningful relationships with clients focused on building multi-unit national footprints and integrate with their teams to help them design, manage and develop their brand across the country.We develop and inspire our Engineering Managers through training and coaching on the job.
