The Goals and Challenges of this Role:

  • Take current engineering team from version 1.0 to 2.0
  • Implement EOS and utilize the EOS Toolkit for the Engineering Team
  • Drive collaboration of the engineering team with the rest of the organization
  • Be the voice of How we can do this? / How we can build this?

What You Should Bring to this Role:

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Required
  • Working knowledge of ASME Code
  • Expert with CAD, (Inventor preferred)
  • Experience leading or building engineering teams strongly preferred
  • Graduate degree preferred
