You will take on the task of ensuring his day-to-day operations are highly organized, frictionless, and productive. We are looking for someone who operates with impeccable professional finesse, flawless accuracy and exercises independent judgment in the planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic projects, tasks, and assignments.We are in a stage of incredible growth which means you will be involved in and be able to contribute to many aspects of a fast-growing company alongside its leadership team.What You'll DoAs the Executive Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer, you will play an integral role as you leverage your high degree of confidence, integrity, and professionalism. We look for you to bring initiative and resourcefulness while you balance vital responsibilities. In this role your primary mission will be to provide best-in-class executive support which involves a wide variety of duties that are critical to ensuring smooth and seamless business processes. The day-to-day responsibilities cover the administrative duties required for a busy executive. General responsibilities include:Calendar management - owns and coordinates heavy meeting schedule. Includes the management of calendars, related correspondence, meeting details, logistics coordination.Events - Coordinates events and executive meetings, from recurring team meetings, to company-wide updates. Provides project management, budget management, space requirements, IT coordination, and all other support required for these various events and meetings.Board Preparation - Prepares and manages communication, materials and meeting preparation for Board of Directors with seamless execution.Powerpoint and Word Documents - Prepares electronic files with validated ability to proofread for spelling and grammar.Office support - Provides admin support in HQ office per CEO guidance to ensure team is operating in a productive work environment.Travel coordination- Leads and coordinates travel itineraries and related meetings. Includes the coordination of calendars, travel plans, expense reimbursements, filing, etc.Flexibility- Able to be flexible with hours and accessibility.Promote a positive corporate image by professionally representing the CEO in a responsive and positive manner both internally and externally.Other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
