Great Opportunity with a Technical Partner in their Healthcare division supporting Mobile Device Managemet Modernization efforts.

TYPE: Direct Hire
Location: HQ - Seattle, WA
TRAVEL: 100% Travel to 51 facilities across 5 states (AK, WA, CA, OR, TX) / estimating ~2 weeks per facility

Key Responsibilities:

  • The field representatives will focus on device integration, inventory and assessment at over 52 healthcare facilities over 5 states (AZ, NM, CA, AK, WA, OR).
  • Administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems and other mobile infrastructure systems using Ground Control Technology.
  • Logistics and scheduling responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure inventory and assessment
  • Documentation of findings and reporting
  • Device configuration profile creation
  • Work with other internal departments in troubleshooting connectivity issues and distribution of software applications.
  • Update User and Phone information in a variety of Data Systems
  • Maintain physical inventory of mobile devices, hardware, and other facility IT / Bio-Med Equipment.
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support and resolution of client onsite questions.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting, technical support and service for all agency mobile devices including but not limited to Apple iPhones, Samsung Android phones, Android/Apple/Tablets, Mobile data cards and MiFi devices.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Network Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Ground Control Technologies
  • Experience working in Healthcare facilities with caregiver staff
  • Enterprise mobile device management support Androide, iOS and, recent experience with AirWatch MDM
