Description:

The facility department currently has an opening for a general facility maintenance position. This position consists of operation of scissor and aerial lift platforms, forklift operation, collect recyclable, empty trash hoppers, empty trash cans, operate trash compactor and cardboard bailer, use of steam cleaning equipment, and ladders. The position has daily exposure to cleaning chemicals, and working to a height of up to 45 ft. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintenance of plant walls, columns, conduits, piping, high bay windows, etc.

Must use PPE while doing the job
