4 Maintenance Supervisor Openings: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift and 2 on 3rd Shift:
1st: 7 am to 3 pm
2nd: 3 pm to 11 pm
3rd: 11 pm to 7 am
The shift starts 30-45 min before the actual production shift starts where they connect with the other supervisor to review tasks needed to get completed. This person first and main responsibility is the management/leadership of the team. This consist of the grooming, training and mentoring of the individuals on the team. (10+ maintenance personnel - machine repair, electrician and or boiler mechanics). This also includes the hiring, disciplinary actions as well as reviews for their team.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
-3+ Years of Lead/Supervision Experience in Maintenance or Engineering
-Familiarity/Efficiency with Maintenance Program Software (CMMS)
-Technical and Bachelors Degree (Journeyman, Trades Degree, Engineering or Other Related)
-Mechanical Maintenance/Troubleshooting (Hydraulics and Pneumatics)
-Electrical Maintenance/Troubleshooting (up to 480 Volt, Three Phase, AC/DC Motors and Wiring)
-PLC Troubleshooting (Allen Bradley Preferred)
-Scheduling and Planning (Preventative and Predictive)
-Food and or Packaging Manufacturing Experience
If the Individuals does not have a BS/BA or Technical Degree they will need a Minimum of 7 Years Maintenance Experience and a Minimum of 5 Years of Supervisory Experience.
