Description Position Summary: The Technical Training Coordinator will oversee the scheduling details of Instructor led classes, rosters, material, hotels, meals etc. Handles administration of Penske's Technician Certification Program from enrollment to certification. Account administrator for 3rd party online training portals. Runs and distributes various training reports. Ensures learning management system reflects accurate training activity for classes and online course record completion. Main Responsibilities: Oversees administration of our TCP (Technician Certification Program), including reporting accuracy, vendor management and assisting internal customer requests Oversees administration of Instructor-Led training provided by PTL and external training partners and ensures class participant levels meet requirements using proper communication touch points with internal management and external points of contact Handles administration of web-based 3rd party online training site user accounts and user activity as required. Responsible for class administration as well as the accuracy of technical training related activities within the Learning Management System. Point of contact for associate and management questions and needs. Runs and maintains various training reports and distributes. Processes all payables for various training activities and payroll requirements for TCP. Other projects assigned by supervisor Qualifications Bachelor's degree not required but must have equivalent work experience Vocational, technical, or associate's degree preferred 3 years of experience in administrative/coordinating type activities required 3 years of customer service or other communication experience required Introductory skills in MS Access and LMS Software required Requires the ability to quickly address training class requests and schedule within the Penske Learning Management Center Must be able to provide accurate performance reporting using Access and Excel Ability to travel - 10% required Strong written/oral communication, strong presentations skills, analytical and conceptual skills and multi-tasking skills are required Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
