Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. Manage a large team within a complex discipline or department, comprised of intermediate/experienced professionals.
Direct and oversee one or more site manufacturing processes. Oversee equipment purchase, maintenance and layout. Monitor and evaluate workflow and assembly methods, make recommendations for process improvements. Oversee staffing, scheduling and training for production. Ensure manufacturing performance and quality goals are met. Prepare production, staff and financial reports. Manage a large team or multiple teams led by Managers and/or Supervisors.
