The production business manager is responsible for all financial and legal aspects of production for all TV, radio, print and integrated productions. He/she serves as an expert and main point of contact for producers and for account management for all production matters. A positive, can-do attitude and an interest to learn more is as important as the day-to-day responsibilities.


    • Excellent communication skills

      The Integrated Production Manager understands event planning, project timeline management, budget monitoring, project research, logistics experience and the necessary steps to execute programs.

    • The Integrated Production Manager works with internal and external teams collaborating and effectively managing event execution that provide a safe and productive experience.

    • This position requires excellent organizational skills and a very high functioning understanding of event mechanics.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Works alongside Senior Production Manager and Production Team Members
      • Responsible for day-to-day operations and communications of event projects
      • Solicits bids from industry resources
      • Understands supply and equipment inventory and tracking management
      • Accepts and prioritizes assignments readily
      • Execute programs on time and within budget
      • Responds quickly to requests for information
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on the fly
      • Processes estimates, purchase orders and invoices appropriately


  • 3-5 years in experience and event execution

  • Works well under pressure. Mechanical aptitude.

  • Decisive. Ability to work with others and manage expectations.

  • Ability to communicate subjective directions to vendors and team members.

  • Must have flexible schedule with willingness to travel.
