My Utilities is fast, easy and free; we exist to simplify the process of setting up utilities, saving people time and money. Role Summary: As an Advisor you will be developing quick relationships with potential customers on the phone, discovering their needs and then meeting their needs by informing and connecting them with the best utility service providers available to them. Eighty percent of the time you will be speaking with "warm" to "hot" leads where customers are familiar with our service. Our in-house software allows Advisors to both, research each home's options and make the connections in just a few clicks. Your job is to understand the customer, understand the providers and then match the best options. Responsibilities: Leads will be provided to you as an Advisor to maximize opportunity. The lead flow is designed to allow you the proper time and focus to serve customers and make connections. You will contact the leads via phone calls, texts and emails to develop fast relationships in order to know customers' utility needs and connect them before they move into their new home. You will use the research compiled for you to sell them on varying service providers. You will find and meet customers' needs by matching them with the best utility service providers available. Everyone needs utilities and your job is to be the person/resource movers turn to understand the best options for them and get connected. You will have individual and team-based goals you will be required to meet each month.
