Job Description:

• Mobile and/or cloud services product design and implementation experience from concept to production to sustaining.
• Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of interfacing software to a hardware device.
• Ability to clearly articulate business goals and strategies to development teams.
• Ability to lead teams in solving problems, making decisions, and effective collaboration with peer organizations.
• Possesses and demonstrates strategic knowledge of software development principles and practices.
• Ability to assess risks and make decisions, acting with a sense of urgency enabling teams to deliver on time. Ability to build trust and loyalty within the team.
• Experience working and managing a team within a Scrum framework. CSM certification or experience with SAFe are highly desired.
• Preferred BS or MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant software experience.
• At least 3 years in an engineering leadership role and at least 5 years of consumer or commercial product design experience.
