+ 3-5+ years of program or technical product management experience in software development.
+ Demonstrated ability to quickly understand technical concepts in a wide range of fields
+ Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels.
+ Strong background and consistent track record in leading software projects and adapting or building new processes.
+ Expertise with issue-tracking / work-management software.
+ Effective decision-maker - balance risks and benefits for the overall good of Apple.
+ Able to understand technical details and translate them to non-technical audience and vice-versa.
As a project manager, your role will include the following: Motivating engineers and managers to do high-quality work while maintaining positive relationships Pulling out critical information and decisions from meetings, and detailing and following up on action items promptly Bringing new insights and actively challenging "the way it's always been done" Proactively identifying risks or problems, and putting plans in place to fix them Using Quip, Numbers, Slack, and Keynote optimally to collaborate with other project managers, engineers, designers, and upper management Ensuring we ship outstanding, reliable software that delights our customers
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
