Our client is currently looking for a Warranty & Permits Manager in Knoxville TN

This person will have success in solving homeowners concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment. The Warranty Manager will also know the permit process in E.TN and the parameters surrounding

The person in this role will be self- driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This person should also have the ability to interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builders in a professional manner.

What you will do:

-Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners

-Ensure that all repairs are made to Signature Homes high standards

-Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns

-Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained

-Perform minor repairs

-Manage permits and the process of acquiring/issuing/etc.

Qualifications Needed:

High School Diploma or GED

5+ years of new construction experience ( residential highly preferred)

Hands-On Craftsman (Carpentry, Drywall-Painting, etc) experience strongly preferred
